Information you choose to share

The contact tool asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, service of interest, and an optional brief message. Do not provide identification numbers, court records, financial account details, or other sensitive case information through a general inquiry.

Email-draft mode

In the delivered version of this website, the inquiry tool prepares an email draft in your email application. It does not send form contents to a website server. You decide whether to send the email. The office and your email provider will receive or process the information if you send it. If the office later enables direct form submission, this notice must be updated to identify that handling and any relevant provider.

Language preference and technical information

When you select a language, the website may save that preference in local browser storage. It does not automatically redirect you or store your inquiry in local storage. The browser may also store your motion preference and temporary introduction and page-transition flags. These settings do not store the contents of your inquiry. This website package includes no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as the requested page, IP address, and browser information.

How an inquiry is used

Information you send to the office may be used to respond to your request, discuss the service you asked about, and communicate about an agreed service. Sending an inquiry is not consent to an unrelated marketing campaign. Any later engagement may involve a separate contract and privacy-related terms.

External services and sensitive information

Map and public-resource links open external websites with their own practices. Your browser or email provider may process information according to their policies. No general website inquiry should be treated as a secure document-upload portal, and no attorney-client relationship is created merely by using this site.
